In the order email or SMS confirmation, the customer receives a link that gives him online access to a page where he will be able to define the place and time when he will pick up his order.
The store will receive by email or SMS the notification of the time at which the customer intends to pick up his order.
The store may disclose the QR Code to access its page so that customers can access it at any time.
The Zero Contact system was developed to manage queues inside and outside your establishment, allowing customers to take their tickets without the need for contact, either by scanning QR CODE, sending SMS, by Sensor or taking the ticket by voice.
